Delivery times

The approximate delivery date we give you is an estimate based on current manufacturing and shipping times, and should be treated as a guide only. In-stock items are generally available for delivery within 1–3 weeks depending on your location; “on order” items take longer, and we’ll contact you with an ETA once your goods arrive at our Brisbane warehouse.

Shipping rates

Rates depend on the products ordered and your location. Use the Shipping Estimator at checkout or on the product page to calculate your cost. Postcodes outside our typical delivery regions may require a personalised quotation — contact us via online chat or email online@olivegrovefurniture.com.au with your address and the items you’re interested in.

Where we deliver

Our Brisbane warehouse serves most metropolitan and regional areas across the east coast. Remote areas (TAS, SA, WA, NT) may require personal transport arrangements or a store-location transfer — please get in touch for options.

Delivery of your goods

Our carriers deliver to your address only. If access requires cranes, hoists or similar, this is at the customer’s expense, and refunds will not be given if goods do not fit. If a delivery is unsuccessful on the organised day, a further two-way charge is payable for a second delivery — please advise our team at the time of sale if access problems are anticipated.

Any damage caused in transit or delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported outside this timeframe.

Click & Collect

You’re welcome to collect your order from our Brisbane warehouse or one of our pick up locations available at the pick up section at checkout once it’s ready. Please note that collection requires booking prior to collection and can sometimes take 2-4 days for Brisbane warehouse bookings and 1-2 weeks for collections from one of our selected store pick ups. Our retail staff are not required to help load goods into your vehicle, so please bring assistance with you.
