We want to ensure your product lasts the distance. Therefore, if you have any issues whatsoever with your furniture, you can submit an After-Care claim and someone from our Customer Service team will get in touch within 5 business days (by phone or email) with a suitable resolution.

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
All your purchases from us are protected by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Minor Problems:
When there is a minor failure, we can choose to repair or replace the goods or provide a refund.
Major Problems:
When there is a major failure, you can choose to
- reject the goods and choose a refund or a replacement; or
- keep the goods and ask for compensation for any drop in value of the goods.
A major failure is where:
- a reasonable consumer would not have bought the goods if they had known about the problem;
- the goods are significantly different from the description, sample or demonstration model shown to the consumer;
- the goods are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit, within a reasonable time;
- the goods are unsafe.
When we won't refund:
There are some scenarios where we will not offer a refund, including:
- when a customer has simply changed their mind about a product;
- when the issue / damage was not caused by us;
- when the issue / damage is not reported to us within a reasonable timeframe and too much time has passed.
